SALT LAKE CITY, UT – History shows that socialists frequently lie, cheat, and steal in order to ascend to positions of power. And when socialists achieve positions of power, they nearly always dominate, coerce, and destroy in order to maintain their position.

Economist Ludwig von Mises explained the destructive nature of socialism:

Socialism is not in the least what it pretends to be. It is not the pioneer of a better and finer world, but the spoiler of what thousands of years of civilization have created. It does not build, it destroys. For destruction is the essence of it. It produces nothing, it only consumes what the social order based on private ownership in the means of production has created.

A current example of the lying, cheating, and destruction being waged by socialists in power has been observed by Wayne Allyn Root:

California is a failed socialist hellhole. Crooked Democrats count the votes in California (and any other Democrat-controlled state)…millions of people who have immigrated illegally are voting in California…California has sent out tens of millions of mail-in ballots…The election is rigged.

Mark Alexander and Nate Jackson have noted: “Biden is flooding the country with illegal immigrants and has no intention to slow the influx…The crisis is indeed by design.” Purposely flouting immigration laws and overwhelming our nation with illegal immigrants is a blatant form of cheating and shows growing disregard for law and order.

The intentional border crisis serves the purposes of Team Biden, but they are worried about voter backlash, so they need to duck and cover. Therefore, they violated the first amendment again by attempting to restrict news coverage as reported here and here. Restricting free speech and censoring news coverage is a very effective and sinister form of lying and cheating.

Authoritarians cheat by stealing elections in order to get and maintain totalitarian control. They try to get us to surrender liberty one small step after another until we are in their power. COVID-19 provided the perfect situation for the advance of socialist totalitarianism. Wesley J. Smith observed:

The COVID-19 pandemic offered an unprecedented excuse for wannabe authoritarians to stifle liberty. To fight the virus, once unthinkable government controls abound. Entire economies have been shut down, businesses closed involuntarily, and people thrown out of work.

But this is not the endgame. The endgame is to restrict personal freedoms on a massive scale in the name of not just “saving lives,” but saving the world. Smith explained, “Fighting global warming presents an even more ominous pretext for establishing the system of rule by experts. Restrictions on personal liberty have long been promoted as a means of protecting human health and wellness.” Smith specifically identified the encroaching strategy of restricting individual behavior known as the “Personal Carbon Allowance” or PCA. The PCA plan is that no one will be able to go anywhere or do anything that exceeds their government assigned PCA. Welcome to the socialist hellhole.

Any honest observer can see that American Marxist Democrats consistently employ dishonest, destructive tactics, but will their offenses rise to the lethal level of typical totalitarians? Surprise, they already have. Here are a few examples:

1. Funding the development of the COVID-19 (CCP) virus in the Wuhan lab and covering it up.
2. Opposing potentially lifesaving treatments for COVID-19.
3. Restricting medications intended for red states.
4. Leaving American citizens and allies behind enemy lines and arming terrorists.

All of the above lead to the same conclusion drawn by Dennis Prager:

There is a three-pronged left-wing assault on liberty: in the name of public health (COVID-19); in the name of ‘anti-racism’; and in the name of saving the planet (climate change). By ratcheting up fear and hysteria, the Left is using each to end individual liberty, including freedom of speech, for the first time in American history. Will the Left succeed? Unless Americans fight the Left as hard as the Union fought the slave states, the answer is yes.

How do we fight despisers of liberty who sit in the catbird seat? As previously stated, “We avoid violence and any talk about violence. Following the totalitarian playbook, they are looking for excuses to justify illegitimate attacks on law-abiding citizens.” Mollie Hemingway was speaking metaphorically when she urged well-reasoned action, not just passionate martyrdom:

For conservatism to mean anything now, it has to be about rejecting this rigged system…there’s no value in secular martyrdom or being just another victim of the regime. The fight must be supplemented by prudence and strategy. Be bold and defiant, but we must also know where to aim our fire…[this] brings to mind a quote from legendary Marine Chesty Puller: ‘They are in front of us, behind us, and we are flanked on both sides…They can’t get away from us now!’

Every passing day more and more deceptions come to light, but what can we do about it? The very first order of business is to identify those who lie, cheat, and steal in order to gain power and vote them out of office. If we cannot secure the vote in America and return to fair, honest elections, it will be nearly impossible to secure the future of our nation.

We can and we must reject lying, cheating, and destruction and return to truth, honesty, and the rule of law. This can be done through legislative action at the community level, the state level, and the national level. Citizens must rise up and work to make America honest, fair, and great again.

TIMES SQUARE, NYC – Few news stories are packed with as much going on as the latest incident in Carmine’s. It’s kind of like a medley of greatest hits of the issues du jour. Kind of like a Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” or Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain” or deciphering Mariah Carey’s heritage. Or for the foodies out there, a 150 item mega buffet with everything from hibachi grill to spaghetti to tacos. In the news world, it checks every box. Race war? Check. Vaccine mandates? Check. Texas vs. New York? Check. BLM and Stop Asian hate? Check. Restaurants subject to government mandates? Check

As usual, right on cue, every interest group is now trying to make their spin out of it, from the parties affected to everyone in the periphery. The black customers that are now defendants are crying foul because according to them it was racially motivated. The restaurant had to backtrack their vaccine regulation story, saying they did let the initial three women in, but not their two friends later on because they lacked vaccination proof. Now, Black Lives Matter has boldly come out with a statement against mandatory vaccines – are they backing Nicki Minaj? Unique times we live in. Here are some of my observations from the Carmine’s incident, starting with taking my own race to task.

Asians can be overzealous about their jobs, with no understanding of the big picture. The 24 year old hostess who is now fired and had the added responsibility of being a COVID czar at the restaurant, was probably given specific instructions and was executing as instructed. I guess Asians make good worker bees? She was probably overwhelmed and cranky. We don’t know that she said the ‘n’ word, but she was clearly taking her job to check the vaccination cards way too seriously. And I’m going to call this out: many younger Asian Americans have no clue about the big picture. They are busy focusing on minute details that they don’t realize the real world is a lot messier and not so easily put in organized boxes and being kind and flexible, especially in customer service, goes a long way especially if you’re representing a business. Only if you grow up in a sheltered affluenza lifestyle, can you sweat these small details with such fervor. She was probably copping an attitude because the black patrons from Texas were annoyed at the circumstance of being checked, something they are not used to back home. That negativity then compounded on itself. On the same token, I also cannot believe she “lunged’ at three black women unprovoked, as is being claimed by the defense. Young Asian girls given a little power can be extremely catty, but physically violent? I don’t think so.

Blacks tend to get swept away with emotion and escalate a situation, but walking away is a viable, and sometimes a better, option. Trust me, I was prone to this in my younger years too, so I get the emotion of rage and the desire to fight back to save face, especially if I feel disrespected. But the black patrons could have just left the restaurant and taken their valuable dollars elsewhere. Apparently, they heard the hostess say, “Yeah, you guys can leave my restaurant,” and considered this “very aggressive”. The reality is the statement itself is not aggressive and is basically a statement of fact. Sure, it was probably said in a harsh tone, but the bottom line is the statement itself is not aggressive. And in the end, the restaurant would be the ultimate loser, if they left and channeled their frustration into a scathing social media review. Instead, the black patrons went nuclear and took it to a stratospheric level, and then got backup from their friends, then BLM. Ultimately, it became a public safety issue. Was it really worth it? Trust me I understand this emotion when someone asks for vaccine papers. In a society that claims they are for immigrants, this is akin to asking for citizenship papers. Aren’t we rejecting this as a society? Wasn’t the last president not re-elected because of this, the left says? I’m not saying the black patrons’ actions were justified but I get the emotion behind a snooty hostess ruining the joy of the day, especially when you’re on vacation and to add to it, the overall frustration with this invasion of privacy.

Of all the things that are about race out there, this is surprisingly not about race.  By throwing out the race card like supermarket coupons, BLM has once again distracted from the real issue. No, Carmine’s isn’t racist. They’re probably too busy to be racist. I encourage people to operate with a little more stoicism and an attempt to understand another’s point of view, and to simultaneously hold back the desire to make everything some grand, sweeping existential statement about racism. Many people aren’t even thinking on those terms. I believe the restaurant when they say that the hostess and other employees complained about the unruly patrons and race was never even mentioned. Sometimes, people are just stressed out and annoyed. I would be annoyed if I were in New York with hot muggy weather and having to deal with people all day long. Maybe the hostess was just having a bad day and had the patrons met in another circumstance, they would be best of friends.

New York restaurants would rather alienate their customers than to defy the government and that’s the sad part of affluenza in cities. This has always been my issue with restaurants in the city. Because business is overflowing, they take customers for granted. The restaurant probably has forgotten that customer is king, and these days, with Yelp and Tripadvisor, a bad review could kill your business. Carmine’s is showing that they are more concerned about government compliance than valuing their customers. This is why I love the suburbs where restaurants actually care to thank you for their business.  Stress, pollution, respiratory issues, aside, that simple fact alone, makes the suburbs a way better and happier place to live than a New York City or Los Angeles.

Black people apparently are the most negative towards vaccines. There has been an embattled history with vaccines in the black community. I was taken aback by but I simultaneously commend BLM organizer Kimberly Bernard’s statement, “The vaccination card mandate to create more Sandra Blands, and more Breonna Taylors, it ends here”. This is powerful and so true. Looks like the far left and the far right have a lot more in common than people think. Most importantly, black Americans should never forget “The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male” which was an ethically abusive study conducted from 1932 to 1972. That frustration, fear and anger around forced needles is real and is rooted from much more recent history than slavery. This study shows how the black community was used as guinea pigs for medical testing. Clearly, big government, supported by the Democrats’ privacy-invading and minority-targeting mandates, doesn’t care about black lives in actuality and BLM and Nicki Minaj are waking up to this as they protest forced vaccinations.

College-educated liberals love to “whitesplain” to the black community, saying they just need to be “educated” on matters they disagree with, especially around vaccines. The big government types want to say that the black community needs to be “educated’ and that mentality is totally condescending and rude. I thought we were progressive in 2021 and we are respecting people’s lived experiences. I don’t claim to know what another person has gone through and why they don’t want to take the jab but I respect everyone’s right to make that personal choice, even if it means they could be spreading a disease. There is a lost art of just accepting another person’s personal health choices and focusing on our own and what we can control. Can we bring back that art of laissez faire?

Clearly, there are two Americas and these people from Texas are functionally black conservatives on the vaccine issue experiencing harassment (or what they claim is racism) from a functional Asian liberal urbanite.. And that is the funniest part of 2021. We can’t just generalize with racial lines anymore. The divide is more loosely urban vs. suburban/rural and also shows that we don’t fall neatly into boxes. Can we discuss things, issue by issue and stop vilifying people if they’re part of a perceived tribe? It would go a long way in preventing unnecessary brawls.

NEW YORK, NY – In a guest essay for the New York Times published on Friday, Chris Cuomo has been accused of sexual harassment by a TV producer at his previous employer, ABC News, back when the current CNN anchor was hosting the eponymous show “Cuomo Prime Time.”

Cuomo – bother of disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who resigned from office this past August after also being accused of sexual harassment by multiple women – is said to have been grabbing and squeezing former ABC News executive producer Shelley Ross’ buttocks at a party in 2005 without asking her permission first.

“I was at the party with my husband, who sat behind me on an ottoman sipping his Diet Coke as I spoke with work friends,” Ross said. “When Mr. Cuomo entered the Upper West Side bar, he walked toward me and greeted me with a strong bear hug while lowering one hand to firmly grab and squeeze the cheek of my buttock.”

The victim also has provided an email purportedly authored by Cuomo where he seems to admit to the groping and expressed his apologies.

Ross detailed the encounter with Cuomo in her New York Times essay, entitled “Chris Cuomo Sexually Harassed Me. I Hope He’ll Use His Power to Make Change.” The essay has since gone viral, with multiple people sharing and discussing the news online.

Cuomo – host of “Cuomo Prime Time” on CNN since 2018 – had already courted controversy for his lack of coverage of his brother’s own harassment allegations, as well as advising him in private by reportedly telling his brother that he shouldn’t resign from office and blaming the entire situation on “cancel culture.”

One of Andrew Cuomo’s accusers, Lindsey Boylan, expressed her support for Ross on Twitter by thanking her for taking a stand over the alleged harassment, and asked Chris Cuomo to take responsibility for his actions.

Cuomo provided a statement to the New York Times prior to the essay’s publication, reiterating his regret over the incident.

“As Shelley acknowledges, our interaction was not sexual in nature,” he said. “It happened 16 years ago in a public setting when she was a top executive at ABC. I apologized to her then, and I meant it.”

As of press time, CNN has not issued any comments or statements on the allegation against Cuomo.

DELRAY BEACH, FL – That proverb, that was coined by English writer, John Heywood, in 1546, uncannily refers to today’s Democrat Party. I’m sure that the Democrats realize that they have bought a “pig in a poke” in their supposedly “elected” president, Joe Biden, but they don’t want to admit it.

It is quite obvious, that in the Democrats desire to get rid of Donald Trump, they brought all their political might (the news media, Hollywood, academia, Silicon Valley and social media etc.) to push Joe Biden over the finish line to have him become president. The way it looks now, the Democrats might just rue the day they chose a cognitively challenged candidate to be the one to take down Trump from being re-elected. It’s only been nine months since Biden took office, but it has been one disaster after another that has befallen his administration, with no end in sight.

First off, the election of Biden itself was tainted with dubious election practices around the country months and weeks before the election of 2020, especially in the “battleground states”, with charges of fraud permeating throughout the various states. Any rational, unaffiliated human being who observed the election of 2020, had to come to the conclusion that there was “something rotten in Denmark”. How could a candidate, with such obvious shortcomings, garner over 80 million votes by campaigning mostly from his basement bunker, while his opponent was campaigning, all over the country, to crowds that sometimes reached 20,000 in attendance at those rallies? It has been reported that many voters were turned off by Trump’s style, personality, and Tweets, but could that really be the reason how Biden supposedly got seven million more votes? Me thinks I smell a rat!

Since the Democrats got their wish by preventing Trump having a second term, they are now saddled with a leader who is taking them down the “Road to Perdition”, as they seem to be blinded to the facts by their loony liberal ideology.

The off year election in 2022, when both the majority of the Senate and House are in play, will be as test case as to whether the electorate wants to go down the road of socialism rather than what the Founding Fathers gave us, the institution of capitalism? Already the talking heads of some influential Democrats see the writing on the wall as to the massive defeat they expect by losing both the Senate and the House in 2022. That is one of the reasons why the Senate and House leadership are pushing their massive spending plans while they still are in the majority. Once they lose the majority in Congress, their push for European-style socialism will be stymied by the Republicans, as well it should.

The blindfolded Democrats realize that Joe Biden has screwed up by excessively using his “executive order” pen to get rid of many of the Trump policies that were working just fine. Those stupid acts of revenge on the part of Biden, has caused inflation to arise in most areas of life, especially in energy (gas prices) and food stuffs. They also have downplayed the disaster of the Afghan pullout by leaving many U.S. citizens and Afghan aides behind under Taliban control. The Democrats also have been “circling the wagons” to sugarcoat the disaster at our southern border, which, for all intents and purposes, is wide open for illegal migrants to migrate into our country illegally (it is estimated that over a million illegals will be admitted into our country just this year alone).

In addition to those disasters listed above, the Democrats are blinded to how Joe Biden carries out his duties as president, whereby it seems that he is being manipulated, like a puppet, by his close handlers in the White House. It is quite obvious, to a rational observer, that Biden is incapable of leading the nation. It wouldn’t surprise me if the “movers and shakers” of the Democrat Party, convinces Biden to step down, using health reasons as an excuse, or they might use the 25^th Amendment to have him leave the White House (a long shot at best).

So, in conclusion, our headline of “There are None so Blind as Those Who Will Not See” should be placed upon the heads of those who still support Biden even in the face of all that I have enumerated about his woeful job performance. The one caveat is that if Biden goes, what do we have to took forward to, President Kamala Harris?  That’s a “Hobson’s Choice” if there ever was one.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – According to Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), a recently-released nonpartisan report by the Congressional Research Service (CRS) – a public policy research institute – suggests that President Joe Biden may owe the Internal Revenue Service in the neighborhood of $500,000 in back taxes after he purportedly neglected to pay Medicare taxes prior to moving into the White House.

Biden has been pushing for a $3.5 trillion spending bill that, in part, would make the wealthy in the United States “pay their fair share” by raising their taxes, but Republican lawmakers – including Banks, who requested the CRS report –  are now taking the wealthy president to task for apparently not paying his own “fair share.”

“Joe Biden wants to raise taxes by $2.1 trillion while claiming the rich need to pay their ‘fair share.’ But in 2017, multimillionaire Joe Biden skirted his payroll taxes…the very taxes that fund Medicare and ObamaCare,” Banks said. “According to the criteria CRS provided to my office, he owes the IRS and the American people hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes. Every American should know about Joe Biden’s tax hypocrisy.”

Banks claimed indicates that Biden exploited a tax code loophole involving improperly using “S corporations” to skip paying Medicare taxes relating to sales of books and personal appearance speaking fees in 2017 and 2018.

The CRS report does not specifically name Biden, but instead provides information on cases won by the IRS against taxpayers who exploited the “S corporations” accounting trick to avoid paying Medicare taxes.

Biden and his wife, first lady Jill Biden, released their tax returns while he was running for president, they revealed that the couple only counted less than $800,000 of their $13 million in earnings during 2017 and 2018 as being eligible for Medicare taxes via the “S corporations” loophole, according to reports, avoiding paying as much as $500,000.
